Who is considered a wholesale customer?
To keep our prices at the bare minimum, we can only sell directly to businesses that purchase in bulk. Our typical customers are:

Can I purchase your hardware if I’m NOT a wholesale customer?
Yes, you can visit our authorized distributor here. There are no minimums required to purchase from our distributor’s website.
How do I sign up for a buyer’s account?
Simply fill out the wholesale account request form here. We will email you our decision within 24 hours. After approval, you will receive a wholesale price list.
How do I place an order?
After your buyer's account has been approved, you can email your purchase order to firstname.lastname@example.org. Purchase order should include the product number(s), quantity(s), and shipping address or state will call for local pick up.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement?
No, there are no limits or MOQ on all our products. We want to meet your business needs and increase your sales, whether you are buying in large or small quantities.
Do you offer drop ship?
Yes, we can drop ship your order. Please contact us for details.
Do you offer free shipping and how long will take?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $800. For orders under $800, you can choose to either use your own carrier's account or we can provide you a shipping quote.
You will typically receive your order within 3-7 business days. After we confirm shipment, you will receive a tracking number. You can find your tracking number when you sign in to your account. Delays from shipping carriers may occur during the peak holiday season.
Can you ship my hardware faster than UPS ground?
Yes, we can offer 1 or 2-day expedited shipping. Please email us with your item list and zip code so we can get you a quote and arrange it for you. We will respond to you as quickly as possible.
When will my hardware ship and how is it sent?
If your order is placed before 10:00 a.m. pacific time, the order is often filled and shipped the next day; however, this is not guaranteed. Our products are sent by UPS ground unless other arrangements are made. Most customers receive their orders within 3-7 business days.
Do you do will call so I don’t have to pay for shipping if my order is under $800?
Yes, you can pick it up at no additional cost. After placing your order, we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Cut off time for same day pickup is at 2:00 p.m. pacific time.
What are your business hours?
We are open from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Friday. We are closed on weekends and most major holidays.
Can I return items that I purchase from Nuk3y?
Yes, you have 30 days to return. Please contact us to submit a return request. For full eligibility, please refer to your buyer’s agreement contract.
I'm not quite comfortable purchasing your hardware without seeing it. Do you provide samples?
Yes, we provide samples at a discounted price. Please contact us here to request a sample.
How do I get an item replaced under warranty?
Most products that are sold by Nuk3y includes a standard manufacturer warranty. If there is a defect in any product that you have ordered from us, we are happy to replace it. You can view our full warranty agreement here or you can contact us for more details.
